- Honey2 tablespoons
- Unsalted butter4 tablespoons

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, semolina flour, salt, and sugar.
Gradually add the warm water, mixing until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 8 equal-sized balls. Place them on a lightly oiled plate, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
While the dough rests, prepare the honey butter by mixing the softened butter and honey in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.
Lightly oil a clean work surface. Take one dough ball and gently stretch it into a thin square or rectangle. The thinner, the better!
Brush the stretched dough with melted butter. Fold one side towards the center, then fold the opposite side over it. Brush again with melted butter.
Now, fold the top and bottom edges towards the center, creating a smaller square. Brush one last time with melted butter.
Repeat the stretching, folding, and buttering process with the remaining dough balls.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
Gently flatten one of the folded msemen squares with your hands or a rolling pin (not too thin).
Cook the msemen for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Be careful not to burn it.
Repeat with the remaining msemen squares.
Serve the warm msemen with a generous dollop of honey butter. Enjoy!
