- Skyr1 cup
- Fresh Dill2 tablespoons
- Fresh Chives2 tablespoons
- Lemon Juice1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Black Pepper1/4 teaspoon

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a pizza stone or cast iron pan, place it on the grill grate to preheat as well.
In a bowl, combine the skyr, dill, chives, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Lightly brush both sides of the lefse with olive oil.
Carefully place the lefse on the preheated pizza stone or cast iron pan (or directly on the grill grate if not using either).
Grill for 1-2 minutes per side, or until you see grill marks and the lefse is slightly charred. Watch closely to prevent burning.
Remove the grilled lefse from the grill and let it cool slightly.
Spread the herbed skyr evenly over the grilled lefse.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
