  • Ground pork0.5 lb
  • Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup
  • Egg1

  • Italian seasoning1 tbsp
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce1 tsp

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until just combined; do not overmix.

While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the balsamic glaze. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened slightly.

Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a bowl and pour the balsamic glaze over them. Toss to coat evenly.
