- Shredded cabbage4 cups

- 1-2 minced Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- Adobo sauce1 tsp

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the fish: In a shallow dish, whisk the egg. In another dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Place flour in a third dish.
Dredge each fish fillet in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the cilantro-lime slaw: In a medium bowl, combine shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Toss to combine.
Make the chipotle sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce.
Warm the corn tortillas according to package directions.
Assemble the tacos: Fill each tortilla with the crispy air-fried fish, cilantro-lime slaw, and a generous dollop of chipotle sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!
