- Egg1
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Lay out one sheet of puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
Place the salmon fillets on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the second sheet of puff pastry. Crimp the edges of the pastry together to seal in the salmon.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg with a tablespoon of water to create an egg wash. Brush the egg wash over the top of the puff pastry.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
