Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Air fry the mozzarella sticks: Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the frozen mozzarella sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd. Spray the mozzarella sticks lightly with olive oil spray.

Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
