Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the almonds and blanch for 60 seconds. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Pinch the skins off the almonds. This step is a bit tedious, but worth it for the smooth texture.
In a high-speed blender, combine the blanched almonds with 1 cup of water. Blend until a smooth paste forms.
Gradually add the remaining 3 cups of water, blending continuously until the mixture is creamy and well emulsified.
Stir in the orange blossom water and a pinch of salt.
Strain the almond milk through a nut milk bag or several layers of cheesecloth to remove any remaining solids. Squeeze gently to extract all the liquid.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy on its own, in coffee, or in your favorite recipes.
