- Worcestershire sauce2 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Mustard2 tbsp
- Ketchup1/4 cup

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until everything is evenly distributed.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup for the glaze.
Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf.
Return to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
