Enjoy crispy, golden-brown chicken parmesan without the guilt! This air fryer version is healthier than traditional deep-fried, but just as delicious. Perfect served over spaghetti with a generous helping of marinara sauce and melted mozzarella.

Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts2
- Italian breadcrumbs1 cup
- Grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup
- Garlic powder1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano1/2 teaspoon
- Eggs2
- All-purpose flour1/4 cup
- jar Marinara sauce1
- slices Mozzarella cheese4
- Spaghetti8 oz
- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the chicken: In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs. In another shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the flour in a third shallow dish.
Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
Place the breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the breading is golden brown and crispy. Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Continue air frying until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While the chicken is cooking, cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Serve the air-fried chicken parmesan over spaghetti, topped with extra marinara sauce if desired. Garnish with fresh basil (optional).
