- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the zucchini and corn to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender-crisp.
Stir in the chopped green chiles, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
