Add Rosewater: Stir in 1 tablespoon of rosewater into the pudding. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Prepare the Rosewater Mousse: In a chilled bowl, whip the Halal heavy cream with powdered sugar and the remaining 1 tablespoon of rosewater until soft peaks form.

Assemble the Dessert: Spoon the Assidat Zgougou into serving dishes. Top with a generous dollop of rosewater mousse.

Garnish: Decorate with pine nuts and pistachios in a geometric pattern. Lightly dust the nuts with edible silver dust for an elegant touch. Chill before serving.
