- Ground beef (80/20 blend)1 lb
- slices American cheese slices4
- buns Hamburger buns4
- Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder1 teaspoon
- Onion powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon

In a large bowl, gently combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Be careful not to overmix.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties, slightly larger than your hamburger buns. Press a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.
Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. For medium-rare, cook to an internal temperature of 130-135°F (8-9 minutes). For medium, cook to 135-140°F (9-10 minutes). For well-done, cook to 155-160°F (11-12 minutes).
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on top of each patty and continue cooking until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While the cheese is melting, lightly toast the hamburger buns, if desired.
Assemble your cheeseburgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
