- Ranch dressing1 cup
- bowls Tortilla bowls4
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
If tortilla bowls are not pre-made, bake tortillas in oven until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
While tortilla bowls are baking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide the lettuce evenly among the tortilla bowls.
Top with the seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
