Ingredients

  • each Large Tlayudas (or large flour tortillas)2
  • (16 oz) Refried beans1 can
  • Shredded Oaxaca cheese (or Monterey Jack)1 cup
  • Shredded lettuce1 cup
  • Diced tomatoes1/2 cup
  • each Avocado1
  • Salsa1/2 cup
  • Mexican crema (or sour cream)2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly brush the tlayudas (or tortillas) with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
