Ingredients
- Gulab Jamun12 pieces
- Cream cheese32 oz
- Heavy cream1 cup
- Granulated sugar1 1/2 cups
- Eggs3
- All-purpose flour2 tbsp
- Vanilla extract1 tsp
- Cardamom powder1 tsp
- crushed Digestive biscuits2 cups
- melted Unsalted butter6 tbsp
- Salt1/4 tsp

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Prepare the crust: Combine crushed digestive biscuits, melted butter, cardamom powder, and salt. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in heavy cream, flour, and vanilla extract.
Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust.
Arrange Gulab Jamun evenly over the batter.
Pour the remaining cheesecake batter over the Gulab Jamun.
Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still has a slight wobble.
Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour with the door slightly ajar.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.
Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Slice and serve chilled.
