Prepare your grill for medium heat.
Lightly brush the cut sides of the plum or peach halves with olive oil.
Grill the fruit, cut-side down, for 3-5 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the fruit is slightly softened.
While the fruit is grilling, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the Brunost cheese, honey, and aquavit.
