Ingredients
- chicken breasts or chicken strips2 lbs
- salt and pepper
- pinch cayenne, optional
- eggs2
- milk1/4 cup
- cornflakes, crushed3 cups
- butter, melted3 Tablespoons
- 2-3 Tablespoons honey

Grab you chicken and either cut into strips or use the chicken breast strips. Then season with salt and pepper.
Then in a bowl add the eggs and milk and whisk together well.
Then place the crushed cornflakes on a plate or a shallow baking dish.
Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then place in the cornflake mixture, make sure the chicken is completely coated. Place the chicken on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes and then drizzle on the melted butter and honey. Turn up the heat to 425 degrees and toast for another 10-15 minutes.
