  • Amber ale (Wisconsin local preferred)12 oz
  • Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded2 cups
  • Fresh chives, chopped1/4 cup
  • Eggs2
  • Butter1 tablespoon

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
