In a saucepan, combine water, salt, and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

While the churros are air frying, prepare the cinnamon sugar mixture by combining granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow dish.

Immediately after removing the churros from the air fryer, toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.

For the chocolate sauce, heat heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds. Add chocolate chips and let it sit for a minute to melt. Stir until smooth.
