  • Sour Cream1/2 cup
  • Memphis-Style BBQ Sauce2 tbsp
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper1/4 tsp
  • Olive Oil1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Scrub potatoes clean and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
