- sheets Parchment paper2 large

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the parchment paper: Cut two large heart shapes from the parchment paper. Make sure they are large enough to fully enclose the fish fillet.
Prepare the ingredients: Thinly julienne the scallions and ginger.
Assemble the papillotes: Place one Barramundi fillet on one half of each parchment heart. Top with julienned scallions and ginger.
Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Fold the other half of the parchment heart over the fish. Starting at one end, crimp the edges tightly together to seal the packet completely. This will trap the steam inside.
Bake: Place the sealed papillotes on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of the fillet.
Serve: Carefully open the papillotes at the table to release the fragrant steam. Serve immediately.
